7. The Iconic White House

Next on the docket is one of the most modest, yet powerful buildings in the world, the White House. Home and workplace of every President of the United States, the iconic building has hosted world leaders since John Adams and continues to be a great worldly attraction, located in Washington, D.C. Originally constructed by architect James Hoban, the structure features a cross between Palladian and Neoclassical architecture. Many additions and changes have been made to the layout over the years, including but not limited to the expansion of the West Wing and implementation of the Oval Office, each reestablishing the impressive and formidable design of this American treasure.
