Last but not least is the One World Trade Center. Now one of the tallest buildings in the world, this structure is part of the World Trade Center complex that was rebuilt after the horrific terrorist attack that took place on September 11th, 2001. Architect David Childs, a member to the same firm which built the Burj Khalifa, drew a beautiful design which captures the essence of its predecessor. Since opening in 2014, millions have traveled to New York City to see the inspiration and hope that One World Trade Center brings to its country. Another common tourist attraction while visiting is the memorial for September 11th which was constructed at ground zero and represents the strength of America, especially in its hardest hour.
